1. GENERALITY
   
   When a customer sends his order, it implies his support to the present general sales terms in its entirety. The article sale contract through Internet is concluded between, Green-Shop - ImpexBO Sàrl - (hereinafter referred to as "Green-Shop") – and the customer. The customer declares his ability to contract with Green-Shop on the basis of the general sales terms included on Green-Shop Internet site (hereinafter referred to as “ notre site”). The hereby general sales terms prevail on any other conditions stated in our site.
2. ARTICLE CHARACTERISTICS
   All our articles are of  high quality. There are no other guarantees but the producer’s.
3. DELIVERY
   For every order, delivery and packing costs are a fixed rate independent of the purchased quantity. In order to get a rapid and efficient mail order, our articles are usually sent according to the address given, within : 1 : 3 working days for Switzerland, 3 : 10 working days for Europe and up to 15 working days for the rest of the world. If a delayed time is encountered, the customer will be informed within 48 hrs after his order, of the new scheduled delivery time. Deliveries are not restricted to Switzerland only. But in this country, no deliveries are performed Sundays and on national and cantonal public holidays. In case of inaccurate information from the customer, our company cannot be responsible of a delayed or even a cancelled delivery. In case of problems in delivery, from  the Post office, our company shall have no responsibilities. For sales outside Switzerland, our customers will have to pay custom duties and other taxes.
4. PRICE
   The prices of the invoiced products are the ones at the date of order. These prices are also written on our sales order acknowledgment and on the order confirmation of Klik&Pay or SaferPay. Our prices are established in Swiss Francs in Switzerland and in Euros or Dollars for foreign countries. The prices displayed on our website are prices excluding VAT.
5. IMPORTATION
   The customer is solely responsible to undertake the necessary steps to introduce the articles in the addressed country according to laws in force. He has to prove to be over 18 and have the right and ability to order the goods. He must guarantee to be well-informed that his order does not contravene any legal measures in this country, and that all information given are correct.
6. PAYMENT TERMS AND SECURITY
   When the buyer orders an article from our website, all the payments are secured (except for the payment by invoice which is only available in Switzerland). Green-Shop makes use of the Klik & Pay bank card, cheques and bank wires system, the PayPal system and the Saferpay bank card system. These systems already integrated in our site are totally secured on a gateway server method with authenticated certificate. Confidential data (customer identity and card number) are stored exclusively by banking partners on highly secured servers. Payments can be carried out by one of the following credit cards : VISA , MASTERCARD/EUROCARD or AMEX without any additional expenses but also per PayPal, per cheques and per bank wire.The secured procedure for payment with the Klik & Pay system and the Saferpay system are based on data encryption procedure : SSL Protocol 128 bits, type RC4 with certificates 1024RSA, cited as prime example. These procedures, managed by ATOS (computer engineering company), consist in encrypting information on your own terminal, before their transfer via Internet. Payment is validated at ordering. If the customer wants to be reimbursed, Green-Shop will retain 25 % of the sum already paid to cover expenses.
7. DATA PROTECTION
   The customer gives his consent that the given personal data within the framework of his contract with Green-Shop are to be backed up by Green-Shop. The customer personal data are backed up to help him purchase new articles and make sure transaction goes on (art. 4 al. 3 LPD). The customer personal data are dealt with confidentiality and safety (art. 7 LPD). By no means will these data be handed over to third parties.
8. ORDERING
   The contract comes into force as soon as the customer has placed his order which has been validated.
9. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
   The order acceptance is carried out after its receipt and checking. By the fact that the purchaser has sent his order, it confirms that he has read and accepted the conditions of sale. In case of exceptional circumstances as for example insolvency or invalid information given, Green-Shop keeps the option open to cancel or accept the customer order.
10. INVOICING AND CONFIRMATION
    Each customer receives a confirmation of his order by electronic mail.
11. RETURN RIGHTS
    In case of poor condition delivery, Green-Shop is ready to exchange the damaged goods provided it is mailed back with an official Post report.
12. OWNERSHIP AND LEGAL COURT
    The goods remains Green-Shop property till the total payment is fulfilled. The herewith general sales terms and the concluded agreements are governed by the Swiss regulations. In case of litigation, the court of competent juridiction is the one in Lausanne Switzerland.
