What is the Loyalty Points Scheme?

The Loyalty Points Scheme enables us to reward the loyalty our most valued customers on www.green-shop.ch. Each product purchased has a certain number of loyalty points. The more you purchase, the more points you accumulate which can be converted into discount vouchers to use on your future purchases.

How to Loyalty Points Work?

- For a purchase of CHF 100.-- on www.green-shop.ch, you will receive 100 loyalty points.
- 100 loyalty points = Vouchers worth CHF 2.-- on your next purchases.

How to Redeem your Loyalty Points?

If you are already a customer

- Click on the top right hand link "Log in".
- Select your email address, password and click on "Log in".
- You are now logged in.
- Click on the left-hand link "My loyalty points".
- You have a list of all your loyalty points and your reduction vouchers on the bottom.
- You can use your loyalty points in the form of vouchers at any time for purchases over CHF 50.--

If you are not yet a customer

- Click on the top right hand link "Log in".
- Fill in your email address and click on "Create your account".
- Fill in the account form and click on "Register".
- You are now logged in.
- You must have ordered at least one product on your account.
- Click on the left-hand link "My loyalty points".
- You have a list of all your loyalty points and your reduction vouchers on the bottom.
- You can use your loyalty points in the form of vouchers at any time for purchause over CHF 50.--
